“This house is INCREDIBLE!! The decor is wonderfully whimsical and every room has beautiful character. The enormous fireplace was wonderful to warm up the bottom floor and the kitchen had everything we needed for a private chef to make an amazing 4 course meal for the guests. “The property is in a good location near everything avaliable. The house was clean, included 2 parking places out front, more at the corner. The kitchen needs hot pads & dish sponges otherwise the house was fully stocked towels, extras soaps, etc. There was with room for a family of 7. ”

He provided us with great info regarding the property, as well as some awesome places to eat in West Chester (within walking distance of his property). The house itself was perfect…Great kitchen and family room, as well as three bedrooms (and 2 great bathrooms). “The kitchen was great! Very spacious and was great for what we wanted. Everyone was so comfy that weekend, the lighting around the house was so nice and made everything feel extra cozy. Eric is a great host! He made sure we knew how to use everything and gave us a run down of the place. My one note would be to go through the spices and seasonings in the house as the majority of them are expired.”
