“The property is gorgeous! I booked this specifically for the waterfall. There is also a large garden area to walk around. The stone wall in the Bedroom & Bathroom is unique & beautiful and also helps to keep the room cooler. There is a ceiling fan which we needed since it was 91 degrees when we were there. There is no A/C. The outside porch is lovely for sitting & watching the river. PLEASE read all of the instructions for check in, specifically the part for access. I had 2 VRBO for over 10……

“Wonderful waterfall & surrounding garden area. Nice cottage with wood floors & the clawfoot tub is fabulous. Porch on the back with rockers. When we arrived the room was HOT. We believe the previous person had left the heat on. We opened windows for a cross breeze & the owner was gracious enough to bring a circulating fan. Thank goodness it cooled to 65 at night, since it was 91 in the day. There is no A/C. My friend stayed in this cottage as we stayed in the river room. As I said for that……

“The cabin was cute and cozy. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights/ 3 days while attending a wedding in the area.
There was no wash clothes or hand towels for use. And only 2 towels. I reached out to the host and they were very responsive.
The sink was clogged, and we couldn’t get it to drain. So when my husband was shaving, and I washing my face it turned the sink into a mess we had to clean. There were quite a few bugs in the house, and many bug traps. Given were we are located it wasn’t too……

“The decor is very cute, however we didn’t have hot water the first day and next morning. I messaged owner through vrbo but got no reply to the issue. They also asked that you don't use there face cloth & towel for makeup to use makeup wipes provided but there were not any. The faucets were dirty and there was a weird smell in the cabin. The location is convenient to areas we were visiting. ”
