“The hotel looked nice, but when we got there every amenity was closed from the pool, spa, and resteraunt. Our spa appointments were canceled days away from our stay due to the masseuse leaving for the weekend. Our room was stated to have a hot tub, but it was just a bathtub with jets, and there was hair in the tub and stains on the curtain. Debris also came out when we turned on the tub faucet. The sink would also not stop dripping. Additionally, there were hornets in the room and the AC did……
