"Friendly welcome, we arrived early, safely left car and went for a wander around Lyme Regis. Our room was clean and tidy with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast - we have had better - service was a little slow (only 2 staff and 1 was providing room service) and food was average at best. Swimming pool & jacuzzi were great - you effectively booked for your private pool."

The bathroom extract fan has clearly not worked for a long time and the room being being quite cold, the warm moist air goes into the bedroom and condenses making the mould grow that bit better.
