“Breakfast 👍👍👍”

“Excellent and great breakfast”

“An old hotel but the location is very nice and convenient for visiting around Windsor.”

“I left a belonging and I emailed to get it returned and I received no reply.”

“very quite room in spite of being in the city of Windsor . A good pub across the street (30 seconds walk) , plenty of parking, good breakfast. Highly recommended”

“Overall very good, also not far from Train station”

“The environment was good, everything was nice except that they close the aircon at mignight.”

“Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can……

“Good to stay when you have a early flight from T3T4T5”

“Room was clean but very basic. Mattresses could do with being replaced as very worn. Air conditioning not working, replaced with a fan. Doesn't appear to have had any money spent on it since being an immigration hotel.”

“Very clean and comfortable. Staff is super helpful at breakfast time, and breakfast has plenty options.”
