“We enjoyed staying in this condo on our work trip to Wilmington. The location was perfect…easy to walk to stores, restaurants, etc on Wrightsville Beach. The condo and the condo building were well maintained and secure. The security guards and tenants were very friendly and helpful! The best part was our morning walks on the beach and the views from the condo’s deck! Highly recommend!!”

“When my husband and I arrive, Jeannie seemed to be accommodating to our needs and Took our information to give us a call as soon as our room was clean and ready. We set outside in the front and slept in our car To wake up to guest loading their bags on a cart to go to their rooms and we hadn’t received a call as promised. This put a really bad taste in our mouth considering how far we drove and how tired we were. If others were occupied their rooms, why haven’t we got a call for our key? Anyway,……

“We have stayed here before. The location is amazing just one row back from the beach with peek-a-boo views from the balcony and free onsite parking. We really appreciate that SandPeddler doesn't tack on an additional "resort fee". It appears each unit is individually owned. This unit was more dated than others we have stayed in with some mildew on shower curtain and carpet throughout. Internet/Cable would not work in unit. Front office is only open 10-5. “We enjoyed our stay! It was wonderful to look out the windows whenever we were in the condo and see the ocean. Perfect location! The condo was fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies. The only thing we could have used were more towels and wash cloths. 4 of each were provided and we had 4 people so I needed to wash towels and wash cloths frequently. Great location!”

“This house was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the weather. There’s a children’s park down the street which was an added bonus. Only qualms: there was the bare minimum of items like soap, towels, etc. and we had to get more for our stay as there were 5 adults and a child. The floors on the first floor were also so dirty (my baby’s feet were black from walking around). This just made me question the cleaning of the place a bit. The property manager building is just……

“The basics were covered. Bathroom for one of bedrooms was a bit small and cramped. Dog yard was not as expected, so didn’t use. It was a small, fenced patch of dirt. Be prepared to walk your dog on the beach, unless it’s in the summer when they’re not allowed on the beach itself. Overall though, we were comfortable there, and would rent again.”
