The only minor issue is, because of the units great location, it can get a bit noisy for about 45 minutes as the bars shut down and the crowds head home around 2am.The unit was very clean and the host was great!! There are a couple of bar/restaurants within 200 ft of the place, and the Wrightsville beach pier (fishing) is 100 yards away. The condo is very nicely set up with everything one would need. There's covered parking for 1 car and a small outdoor storage area with a lock. It has a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and newer, clean bathroom. There are one king-size bed and two bunks. “Inside was clean, patio was filthy. They did send someone out to clean so that was good. Description said dishwasher but no dishwasher. Property manager was very accommodating. We could hear a lot of banging from the upstairs tenants. Being right next to a large restaurant we could hear trucks in the morning and loud party peeps all day. But, for the price and right on the beach, it was a great value.”
