“My girls and I had the best week here! The condo is beautiful, has literally everything you need and then some. The host is very responsive and helpful. Sunsets from the patio are some of the best I've seen! Would definitely stay again.”

“Everything was as pictured . Excellent host!”

“Condo was exactly as described and decorated perfectly. The owners communicated better than any other condo I have ever rented. We will definitely rent again. Very quick walk to the beach. Bonus, you can partially see the beach from the master bedroom. The condo has everything you want plus more. 10/10”

“Communication pre-trip and throughout with the host was excellent. The AC was excellent and easy to control. With all of the sand in the area, we were amazed at how clean the home was. The location had perfect access to the beach so close. The view of the Gulf from the deck is slight, but it is there! Restaurants, ice cream, and even an acai shop were within walking distance. Great stay!”

“Beautiful location but however, place needs little bit of Deep cleaning, it has smelled of unpleasantness. We didn’t expect that but of all it was pretty good stayed.”

“The host was so very kind and helpful. Perfect place for a couples getaway, or for a small family! Easy beach access, literally only steps away. We loved how we the home was away from the crowds, but still in between the cities with things to do! Highly recommend!”

“We had a fantastic stay here. Florida weather can be quite fickle, storming in the morning with perfect skies in the afternoon. Therefore, it’s crucial to get a place on the beach. This condo is in a great location. The host provided all the information we needed to have a comfortable stay, although he was little harder to get in touch with after we checked in. The host also provided thoughtful snacks, beach toys, and a binder with local info. The property was tidy. We would happily stay here……

“Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The one bedroom with two queens/fulls was too tight with no bedside table. One family member needed a beside table for their CPAP unit, so we crammed the beds against either wall to insert a chair. I would suggest a twin (or twin bunkbed) and a queen in that room. We had a small glitch getting into the unit upon checkin but the owner/manager quickly got on the phone to call me, instead of texting back-n-forth, which was very helpful. Very easy access to and……

“This place was awesome. We would stay here again anytime it was excellent from the staff being kind. We were close to the beach and close to the lazy river. Parking was a breeze, only recommendation would be to have some sort of pool or a snack bar at one of the locations but other than that 10 out of 10.”

“ We had an amazing stay at Beach Colony East! The condo was spotless, quiet, and had an incredible beachfront view. Karen was wonderful to work with—she was quick to answer our questions before and during our stay, and her local contact responded immediately to a couple of minor issues. The huge shaded balcony was one of our favorite features, and we enjoyed several family dinners there. The beach room was stocked with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys, which was a great bonus. The beds……

“We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The property was so clean, well kept, and provided everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were fabulous. We were worried with it being small, but it was so cozy and well designed. We loved being so close to the beach access and enjoyed our chairs and umbrellas. Will absolutely stay again!”

“Has everything anyone could need.”

“We had a great stay. The place was beautiful and had great views of the harbor. It was also located close to everywhere we wanted to go. I loved it. It was clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!”

“This was a beautiful unit and a pet friendly location. The area was quiet and away from the crowds.”

“Process was easy, even with my last minute booking. Place was convenient, clean, and walk right out the glass doors to the beach. It was perfect.”

“An amazing condo in an amazing spot. Close to everything, far from the craziness. A great spot to relax and recharge.”

“Perfect little vacay! Convenient to beach, chair service and umbrella, quiet location yet close to everything. Will definitely stay again!”
