“I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. ”

“You gotta get here! After a week in a decent room in Beijing, this was a spa-like getaway. The place is beautiful and details are well attended to. The staff is great at communicating and can help set up drivers and tours as you are interested. We wanted a calligraphy class ... so they had a local painter come to the hotel and guide us in a private session. Inside the city walls - it was close to everything including the subway (1/2 mile away). The outside courtyards were the perfect place to……

“我住宿的这间双床间,窗户是面对走廊,所以这点不是很方便,进门后一定记得拉窗帘哦,免得有人看见.其他房间情况也许会不一样.房间也是非常棒,墙上都贴了壁纸,所以很干净.洗漱用品没有直接放在房间,需要自己去前台拿.前台在一楼,旁边有台球室和酒吧,但是我对此不感兴趣,所以没有去. 住宿附近有地铁,所以出行很方便.距离市中心的回民街也是很近,走路就能到.房间清洁很干净.前台可以寄存东西.酒店有西安一些景点的报团活动,可以直接报名,也是很方便.”
