"The room was immaculate, the staff were absolutely terrific and there was not a thing that could be improved as everything was 100% good. The staff made our stay memorable, especially when a bag with cards and personal items was left in the safe. The staff went out of their way to get it courierd to our next hotel 1550Km away ….. absolutely amazing service. Thank you. Especial mention for Jenny Zehn who arrange our bag to catch us up 👍😁✅"

"Clean looking room, spacious, felt up to date. The negatives – despite non smoking room it stunk of cigarettes, had to open balcony doors – not ideal in February. Secondly, when arrived staff tried to say we had booking for two single twin rooms, despite clearly booking stating twin DOUBLE rooms – So either they are lying at the point of booking or staff at check-in are lying . Eitherway not what expect from this tier of hotel and left a sour taste in the mouth before holiday has started. "
