“除了路途有点远，在山路的尽头，其他都很完美。真的非常美的酒店，食物也非常好吃，雪景太棒了！非常推荐！”

“We stayed for 5 nights and we ski out using the sun valley chairlift just outside the hotel. Captain, Ken and the staff are very friendly and willing to help. The food is great and there is a very relaxing bar area as well. ”

“Excellent location for skiing in the Shiga Kogen ski resort. The Hotel amenities were very good e.g. satellite TV, hot spring baths, etc but the local area is devoid of any kind of nightlife.”

“一泊2食，以此價錢確是十分便宜，但酒店比較舊，而2食都不是太好食，不過若此價錢，也沒太大要求！ 但純粹滑雪的話，一出就是滑雪場，十分方便，而且房間在冬季時景色超靚，志賀高原附近一帶滑雪酒店來說，以此價位算是便宜得來不錯了！”

“There was one guy and a lady worked at the reception during my stay. The lady was very helpful and provide good Japanese service. However, the guy was not polite at all and sounds like a police when he asked us not to bring our food from breakfast to outside coffee area. This is our first time encounter impolite Japanese service. Besides he said he did not know there was a New Year Eve fireworks at Ichinose family run. At last, we have to google and check it out ourselves but how could a hotel……
