“Stayed in the cottage for many years always have the same positive experience. Since upgrading to a smart TV which is useful sadly the kids can no longer play on the Wii as there is no connection point . However still no faults and amazing holiday home. ”

“My husband and I stayed at the lovely cottage in Grassington. It was just ideal for us. We really did not use the kitchen much as there were so many nice options for breakfast and lunch in town. Everything was easy walking distance including access to lovely hiking trails just a short wander not far from the unit’s front door. Everything was very comfortable & immaculate. Would definitely return. ”

“We have just returned from a wonderful week on the North York Moors. The beauty of the moors was just added to by our amazing accommodation - extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and so well equipped. Rachel and Rory were excellent hosts, their local knowledge was invaluable and nothing was too much trouble. We rate our stay 10/10, we cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you”

“On our short trips in England and Wales, we again decided to travel to Whitby, to the paradise in a bottle. The weather was 30degs, constant, the sun was strong and shining on us, the sound of rushing tide coming in and out, clearly this was heaven!We had a short walk to Whitby to mingle with the bustling crowd and the cobble stones that takes me back to my childhood home. The cottage is a lovely little homely one. It has one bed that fits the bill. The stargazing ones among you, will be……

“We loved our stay at Dockenbush Cottage. It was located on a rural property making for a peaceful,relaxing stay. It was comfortably furnished and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Graham also included a welcome pack which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay not too far from major towns and villages.”

“Great property in a great location for exploring the east Yorkshire coast. The property itself is clean & has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only slight downside is, it's near to the road & if like us you sleep with the window ajar the road noise can be heard in the mornings .”
