"It was a great trip. The house is very clean and smells good. The host is amazing and provided percise instructions. The only thing I would like to see improve is the fact that they did NOT provide face cloths with the towels they provided. Also the were no Tupperware to use, and the freezer doesn't make ice. Do it would be nice if they provided a couple of ice trays. Other then those minor things my family and I would definitely recommend renting from them."

She is insightful; intelligent; very familiar with the area; other cities & countries! Maggi was quick to respond to any of my questions & concerns. I needed help with personal interest not related to the vacation home & she quickly provided me with recommendations, resources & places to go that would help me....

"Excellent condo style hotel in Big Bear Lake city. Close to everything. Property in good condition. Excellent communication via email / text. Property doesn’t have A/C, which was OK in May, but could be an issue in summer months."
