The bed was comfy, the room smelled good, staff were helpful as I had to get my key reprogrammed each night. Older, dated hotel, workout room had weight machine and elliptical only, bathtub facet ran constantly (but quietly) - what you would expect for $88/night. Floor was sticky, but issue rectified when I let the front desk know.

The location was perfect for an event we had in San Bernardino. Staff were also very friendly during check in. However, the blow dryer did not work and the sink had an unfortunate smell.

The room we were given did not have a working AC unit. The staff was very helpful in changing our room. The second room smelled of cigarette smoke, so the staff was again helpful in providing a third room. The hotel is older, a little run down, but fairly clean and a place to sleep. It was the only one in the area for that price range that had a breakfast included, so that’s a bonus.

Checked in to a very pleasant man. Room is in need of carpet replacement and front door replaced. Pool looks nice but pool area needs upkeep..I went to the pool one day and when I returned to my room the key didn’t work! Man at desk asked for ID…Ofcourse my ID was in the locked room..After I showed him my bank account info on my phone he still hesitated then gave me a new key..He was a rude man!

Would have given 5 stars but the pool never had towels and parking was hard to find after 8pm. The check in staff were amazing and funny made the long drive feel better and safe. Maybe more towels for the double bed rooms and definitely some for the pool area and this place totally thee best in the area.

Most of the staff were amazing and helpful, however the cleaning team could use some work. I asked for extra towels and got sent to a couple different people. It shouldn’t be that hard

Such a nice friendly place. The breakfast buffet had many options and it was very good. The staff at check in and around the lobby made us feel comfortable. The shower pressure was amazingly amazing lol! I always stay at a Hilton or Marriott but this time I chose this hotel because it was closer to my family. I was pleasantly surprised at the space and comfort. I will definitely stay here again.
