There was hair in the tub out of the tub and grime hand prints on the walls of the bathroom. We were never notified of the water being shut off and could not shower. When I called down they said it was for 20 mins ams it was 3 hours. We had to cancel our outing plans. As well as my kids did not know the toilet would nOt flush and had to poop on top of poop and it sat there for 3 hours till could be flushed. We booked 4 nights and stayed 1\. We checked out, and were so disappointed.
