“M husband and I were there for 2 week stay.Positive: it was clean in most places but could use a little TLC.Close to Kings Island and only 20 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. The house is very close to a fabulous dog park and downtown Loveland.Negative: we got our code at 4:02 we were hoping to get in 10 minutes earlier so we could avoid moving our things during a torrential downpour! Thermostat was set to 54degrees!Washing machine was dirty and general area in basement was dirty and wet because……

“It was a very comfortable and serene place, very safe neighborhood and felt safe driving to King's Island ( neighborhoods very safe and great roads) Outdoors was very relaxing and dogs loved getting to run in the backyard after traveling.”

“It’s a great quiet place close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“The home was very clean and cozy. The fenced in back yard was a great bonus. The host was very responsive and reliable. Already looking into booking here again!”

“I liked the house but i wished the bathroom had two ways to enter. Just a little awkward place for a bathroom. in was very cozy.”

“Need maintenance for backyard. No seating area”

“This was our first Vrbo experience and the bar was set very high! Our hosts thought of everything from plush towels and relaxing body wash to snacks, bottled water, and entertainment. The property and accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Very clear instructions for check in, parking, operating everything in the suite, and easy to get to. I enjoyed time on the shaded patio each morning before heading to Kings Island, which was only 20 minutes away. I slept better here than I do at home!……

“Room was nasty! Cold water! Bugs in the unit. Weed smell. Super loud. Only stayed 1 night of the 4 day reservation because the front desk people were no help. It was the worse experience in a hotel I have ever encountered. DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“Great, especially if you have pets.”

“The manager is great,”

“Overall great stay while visiting for the weekend. Could use more kitchen utensils among other things but overall a good value.”

“Very nice and so convenient to wedding venue. Loved the ability to walk to cute town of Milford. Everything was perfect ”

“Everything was perfect for our family, including our four legged fur baby. Communication was superb, the place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip. The property is beautiful. It was fun watching the horses.”

“It has a cool deck in the back to relax in the evenings. Quiet street and very well priced. We’ll definitely consider staying when visiting family again and need a place close by. thank you. You can park on the street or driveway. The extra bedroom is nice. 1 Bathroom is located upstairs only. Keep in mind if someone has issues with stairs. Overall a very quiet wet and cool stay.”

“Exactly as pictured, place was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom is bigger than most VRBOs. Small kitchenette, only used the fridge so cannot speak to any other amenities in the kitchen. Would stay here again as the location was quiet and convenient to where we wanted to go.”
