“房间不小，空调是美国酒店常见的老式坐式设备，噪音大。另外空调上还有若干虫子尸体，健身房设备维护不是太好，也没水没毛巾。液晶电视是新升级的。”

“The staff were always willing to help and the room was clean and comfortable.”

“The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park……

“My 1st booking at a neighboring hotel was horrible, never made it past the front lobby, didn’t check in, and didn’t receive refund upon cancellation. Comfort Inn and Suites had an immediate booking. Upon arrival, greeted by friendly staff and check-in was quick! Which was extremely helpful since we had a softball tournament to get too! Room and bathroom clean, stocked, and cool on arrival. Pool was small but clean with nice pool smell, towels came as soon as staff were alerted they were……

“Very clean. Staff always helpful. Great breakfast. Only bad thing was gym and pool always propped open and people who weren't guests came in to swim. We saw them park and walk right into pool. Supposed to use key card to get in and it was always propped open for non guests to come in.”
