Northern Phoenix Kid friendly Vacations

Overall it was good. It’s a family run business so you can’t get points with the big chains. Nothing special but maybe that’s good that it didn’t stand out.

Maybe just bad luck but when we arrived we had an event to go to so we got ready, turned on our AC and left, we returned to find out our AC was broken and were moved to another room , there was another person who had the same issue waiting in line. We were moved upstairs but there was no AC on in the hallway on and the in room unit was not running in the room so it was atleast 85 degrees in our room at 10pm. It took about 4 hours to cool down enough to sleep comfortably. We attempted to cancel our 2nd night to leave but the hotel refused to refund us. There was trash built up in the hallway at the garbage cans and because of the heat the smell was not great. The actual room was great and clean otherwise.
