“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”

“Great yard! Nice house! Perfect for our family of adults and kids. Loved the pool and tennis court. Perfect location and was close to all we were interested in seeing and doing. Good communication with the owner and he took care of any issues very quickly and professionally.”

“Desert Shores was as perfect a location that you can get. It was centrally located and close to everything. Our condo was fabulous. Very clean and very well stocked with anything you need as far as housewares are concerned. Our host was great, I never needed to talk to her, but she kept in contact via e-mail throughout our stay. Comforting to know she was available and concerned on how our stay was. How ever you grade 10 out 10, 5 stars or AAA, Desert Shores was that good for us.”

“Had a great three nights at this space, the outdoor area was the highlight and there were ample sleeping arrangements for a large group. “We traveled with our pet and the townhouse and surrounding grounds were perfect for our dog to have room to walk and explore. Very quiet and safe area. Covered parking was near the townhouse and was convenient. The property inside and out was very clean, the rooms spacious and the furnishings were comfortable. Plenty of linens were provided and the washer and dryer on property came in handy. However, a plumbing upgrade is needed. Hot water was a bit sporadic, the tub was slippery and the shower……

“We have stayed here two times visiting our son in Phoenix. This place is perfect for what we need when we make this trip. Location is very convenient and it is a very nice area. Every morning was a 2 min drive to our favorite coffee shop. Lots of good restaurants nearby. About 25 mins from Sky Harbor Airport, which was very convenient. This is behind the owner's home, but you honestly do not know they are there and have access to the private pool and hot tub. There is a nice, covered sitting……
