“It is a good hostel and the staff very helpful, however, when I arrived I was told that the room I had reserved was not available and that I had to stay in a bigger room at a much higher price. I complained and show my reservation, then the owner accepted and let me pay the price agreed on the reservation. I am absolutely NOT happy about this. Unavailable rooms must NOT be shown as available!”

“Staff was super friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay. It's within walking distance of downtown Xalapa and easy enough to grab a cab on the corner.”

“Llegue a las 10pm al lugar, nadie me abrió y marqué a los teléfonos que ahi exhiben y jamás contestaron, me dejaron varado a media calle sin saber donde poder pasar la noche… tuve que caminar a esa hora por toda la avenida solitaria para poder abordar un transporte que me llevará a otro lugar. Muy mala experiencia. 😠”
