“Staff was very friendly but the floors were filthy. Got out of the shower and got my clothes from the other room and went back to the bathroom with my bare feet not thinking anything and the floor towel had dirty get printed from my feet being wet on the floor. That completely grossed me out. Also there were mosquitoes and flies in the room. The air was perfect, the staff was wonderful it was just the floor that made me cringe. They were pet friendly which was extremely helpful as we were doing……

“I only have one minor complaint... the floors weren't completely clean. I could tell they had possibly spot mopped but it was alright I cleaned them myself because I have twin grandsons who love to be on the floor💙😍”

“The employees were so pleasant & helpful! The shuttle to Graceland & The Guest House was great, parked in the gated area & didn’t have to drive until we checked out! Beds comfy, room clean, a guitar shaped pool & a good breakfast!!! I will stay there again if I am in Memphis!”
