“Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great. Two hot items for breakfast but I didnt eat any. Waffle machine didn’t cook evenly and they were still gooy inside. Gym had basic equipment treadmill, bicycle, etc. Pool was heated. ”

“I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,……

“Rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and very close to the air port and that's the only reason we stay there. There is a trans, black man, at the front desk who is extremely rude. I've complained a lot about his behavior but whenever we go he/she is still there with his attitude. He also takes his kid to work and he's in the lobby and I think that's wrong”
