“The room had moldy looking parts on the wall , the floor was sticky and it had stains. The beds were damped . The toilet seat was dirty with shoe prints on it. The towels had black stains. Didn’t get a full refund still had to pay for 1 night even tho I got a really bad rash from sitting in the bed”

“Horrible staffing, so much attitude and forces me to wait over 2 hours longer to checkin past my check in time because their staff didn't want to clean the room for some reason. By the time I got in there it was soaked on the floor there was throw up on the wall. The TV didn't even work. Zero help from staff the entire time it was absolutely ridiculous and made me want to lose my mind and crash out. Don't stay here. The building themselves are falling apart and they don't care if their rooms are……

“I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,……
