“Muy buena atención, no había nadie más hospedado por lo que teníamos el hotel para nosotros, aunque estaba vacío hacían limpieza de todas las habitaciones diariamente, la piscina estaba limpia, la atención fue muy buena. La cama es muy cómoda y se duerme de maravilla.”

“It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would……
