“Everything was excellent except for a rude valet staff member, we didn’t know about the valet fee so my husband was asking him to explain and he just told us to get in our car and leave.”

“Overall, everything is pretty good. I live on the 14th floor and can see all of Dallas through the window, which should be a very pleasant thing, but a thin layer of dust on the window has dampened my spirits.”

“Hotel was clean. Parking was good. Location was excellent for UT Southwest Medical Center. DART line runs right next to hotel and is kinda loud. Room A/C fan did a good job of masking sound. Would stay again. ”

“The hotel was extremely clean and super comfortable. The beds were really comfortable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at for the same price. They have coffee available 24/7 which I loved. The room was over all pretty clean. House keeper put the trash bag I had on the floor on top of my things. The drinks spilled all over my stuff which was upsetting but I’ll live. The pool was filthy. Really needs to be cleaned. I was looking forward to the breakfast but never woke up on time lol over all I……

“We had an amazing stay at this uniquely decorated hotel! The pool was wonderful, the restaurant had great food and the room was comfortable. The only minor complaint I would point out is that the mattress, which was definitely comfortable, sits on a slick piece of wood, which made it quite slippery. That made "activities" a bit complicated...but the challenge was fun anyway! ”
