“Unprofessional Front Desk Experience During my stay, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism at the front desk. On multiple occasions, the receptionist greeted me with “What’s up?”—an informal and inappropriate greeting in a hospitality setting. I waited patiently in line, was polite throughout, yet was met with an unprofessional attitude. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, and we were assigned a room on the third floor. “房间不大，特意定了河景的房间，在河边溜达了一下。看到酒店写早餐每人9.95美金，3人高兴的去吃，结果很失望，不是自助那种（自助也有点，非常少，都是冷的），是点餐的，无非就是煎蛋，pancake，煎香肠，煎培根什么的，不喜欢。”
