“On arrival the reception is the first place you see and the young lad looked like he didn't want to be here. He never spoke much or smiled he didnt exactly explain where our room was he just said up there. When talking to another guest they said the same thing about the reception staff. The bar staff really nice and friendly. Gavin in the dinning room was really nice friendly polite and always smiling. The reception staff need to be more like him”
