“Our 3rd time, cozy, well equiped small old cottage, seconds walk from to the sea front, a couple minutes from the nice Seagrass cafe. Ten minute walk up the road next to the river to the Chip shop, Chinese or Curry house which does very good indian food been 3 times. Walk up past the lights a few more minutes to a decent co,op or a bit futher and over the bridge to a old dog friendly pub with beer garden next to the river, nice few pints there lol oh and plenty free parking near the cottage plus……

“We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery! “We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open. Inside, it was very tired and very small. There is no way it sleeps five comfortably. The larger bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable with a worn-out foam mattress. “We had a wonderful stay in this quaint little cottage. Even our grumpy teen who doesn’t like anyone or anything thoroughly enjoyed her stay and wants to return. The most beautiful views of Snowdon from the living room window. Homely little fire burning and keeping us all cosy. Just idyllic. My son also found Rosalie’s bird poem book and as a parrot owning family he had a good chuckle reading them. 100% we will be back.”
