“The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, the rooms were definitely outdated and could use a makeover. I love that we were on the Riverwalk so close to some of the dining options and the water taxi was available I take us to other areas. He shuttle was also convenient but they should consider making to available to take guest beyond a two mile radius and offer a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport. ”

“This hotel was great. The pool is just a few steps away from the hotel and the beach is right outside the pool gate. No long treks across the sand or boardwalk lugging coolers and wagons. Perfect. Beach chairs were easy to reserve from the beach attendant, and there were only 3 rows of chairs. Every chair had a nice view. My kids loved all the fish they could see underwater by the rocks. “Very clean, wishing walking distance to supermarkets and gas stations. The only complaint I have is that due to our connecting flight being delayed, we go to the Hotel at around 1:30am, when I going to check in, Im met with hesitation and arrogance from the front desk attendant, he said: check in? at this time? “Erica, Front Office Manager, was amazing. She greeted me with a warm welcome at check in. The entire staff was professional and accommodating. The lady that manages the breakfast area made sure that the breakfast items were replenished requently. Overall it was a great stay.”
