“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“I loved the staff and how welcomed they made me feel. The hotel is very stylish, clean and easy to find. My one and only minor complaint. The short curtain smelled like mildew and was a dirty. I also think a hotel this lovely should have bathrobes and slippers. Wonderful stay, none the less. ”
