“住宿环境一切都很好，唯一不满意的是，我居住了四天，可是没有获得客房服务，我打电话给前台说明了需要客房服务，可是还是没有获得、所以我住了四天，没有获得更换房间里的毛巾以及一些洗簌用品”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“The amenity level vaults ROOST above lots of other comparable hotels: a large swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, viewing room with a huge TV, co-working space, free coffee, etc. Plus there are lots of thoughtful little details: a jug of fresh water in the fridge, folded pool towels, laundry detergent capsules to use in the machines included in your room, and Le Labo bath products! ”
