“Great property, they were very helpful and knowledgeable about surrounding places to see! Agustin helped us greatly when our shuttle out of Tamarindo canceled 5 hours before and managed to find an alternative for us! Overall, very easy to walk anywhere in town from Refugio. Expect some noise at night but they offer earplugs and truthfully it never was bad enough to need them”

“Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast was perfect. It's close to several restaurants, bars, cafes, and a grocery store. The beach and the main strip in Tamarindo are about a 10-15 min walk but we liked this as it kept it very quiet in the room. We stayed for 5 days without a car and did not feel we needed one. Felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, which was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend ”

“This was a perfect find. If you’re looking for peace & quiet this is the place. There are 8 treehouse like huts that offer privacy & are spaced out. If you love nature and seek privacy & to be away from the crowds then look no further! It’s close enough to town, so when you do venture out, you wont need to drive far. The cabin was super clean and comfortable and the deck area is beautiful to have coffee while listening to the howley monkeys. The pool area is nicely set up for photo opps.
