“This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! Beautiful townhouse. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location is great; cloae to lots of things but out of the fray. The balconies are fantastic and the views of the marina were amazing. ”

“So the condo was as described and what I hoped it to be. Nice living area on the second floor. Certainly enough room to sleep eight comfortably. Ten will work if you have small people. I wasn’t expecting a crib and changing table but that’s good for families with little ones. If I had to find one criticism it would be that I didn’t know how to control the cool air for the third floor. First and second floor I was able to keep nice and cool, third floor not so much. Couldn’t find a thermostat or...

“Property was in very good condition. Owners pride showed throughout. Convenient access to the pool, beach, and Island’s Tiki Beach Bar. Only issues were: outside shower did not work and property management did not address after several inquiries.”

“We had an amazing time. Sea Colony is a lovely place for families. The rental was great. Lots of space and great views. We would stay there again. The ONLY thing I think that needs to be changed in the rental would be the bedroom carpets need to be ripped up. They were a bit dingy, but otherwise great place! Thank you!!!”
