“This house was perfect for our family vacation - spacious, nice decor, quiet neighborhood and very clean. The outdoor space is very special - a covered porch with nice sized table and also a stone patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating. Monika and Edwin have thought of everything - kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals with plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Having the sheets & towels and the use of bikes, beach toys, etc is an added bonus. “our stay was wonderful!! check-in was quick. the rooms were just as described and pictured. we did have problem with the wifi. but the service people were contacted promptly and it was resolved. the location was perfect. 25 min to bethany beach, 35 minutes to rehoboth, 35 minutes to ocean city(but we never went there because we had everything between bethany and rehoboth!) ”

“This property is on the 2nd of 3 Flrs, as well as being an end unit. Steps only. Check in was very simple, with a Code lock. The inside was noticeably clean. 2 full bathrooms; each attached to both bedrooms. Living room is cozy, with a few games provided. Kitchen is a nice size, with a small dining area. “The host was very accommodating and the check in and out was very easy . The home was in excellent and clean condition . It was decorated very well and felt very welcoming . We would recommend this place to future beach stayers . It was in a good location and close to everything . We loved our stay , it was cozy and relaxing . Thank you for having us . “Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks ”
