Things like only bottled water provided on the first day it was provided every day, air conditioning not working it worked perfectly, problems with the lifts there weren’t any. Rideaux pas très occultant. Et évier de la salle de bain trop petit pour 4. Nourriture très varié et très bonne. Personnel très sympas dans tout l'hôtel. ”

“This was undoubtedly one of the best stays of my life. Honestly, it was an amazing vacation in an amazing place. The resort is massive, with plenty of space for all guests to enjoy—whether it’s the beach, pools, or numerous restaurants. The all-inclusive package includes branded international alcohol and truly outstanding cocktails available throughout the resort. The hotel is very family- and child-friendly, featuring a great aqua park with both large and small water slides. But the highlight……

“Hotel is really nice and new, the rooms are excellent and clean, the pool area is lovely. The whole hotel is quite stylish. As in previous reviews mentioned: the service is partially really slow and the food, especially at dinner, lacks a bit of variety. But all in all we would definitely recommend the hotel! Just FYI: there is constant music by the pool.”
