“Great little apartment to stay in while in the Cincinnati/Newport area!”

“Before I begin, the inside of the property may be beautiful; it certainly looks like it from the photos. Please use Google Earth before you book this. First, I did not received my access code until less than 4 hours before check in (not the 24 hours they say in the listing), and I had to call numerous times to get it. Then, arriving at the site, we saw multiple homeless people walking in the area. Ok, but in our opinion, they appeared to be addicts. We drove up and down the street multiple……

“Called to inquire about early check in, was told I would be given a called back. I called again the next morning because I received no call back. Was again told either a call or text to the CONFIRMED number would be given. No call...When I was able to check my email, noticed there was an EMAIL confirming an early check in - - it was too late because I received that after the time for the regular check in... and in the meantime other arrangements were made to accommodate the need for the early……
