“Casa Wales was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, well equipped house, lovely pool area and gardens with lots a space for family games or a quiet spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. Nearby Sarnano became a family favourite outing for our evening aperitivi and gelati, and an early morning cycle ride from there to Sassotetto in the mountains were some of the highlights. The owners are incredible hosts and a font of knowledge of both their property and the local areas and offer much suggestions of places to visit and eateries all absolutely accurate and of a high standard. “We were a group of three older women looking for a clean comfortable rental to use as home base as we explored the region. The house was idyllic, overlooking hills of sunflowers and flax. It was beautiful, serene and each evening we had a glass of wine and enjoyed the view. The pool was essential as there was a heat wave during our stay and it cooled us down every evening.
