A beautiful restored villa, 6 bedrooms (sleeps 12), 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and a private pool. Stunning views on the mountains of Monte Sibellini. Five kilometres from Sarnano with its restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Offering a lot of privacy (nearest house at 800 meters) and all to have a great holiday. The villa offers a lot of space, table tennis, play house for the smallest kids and plenty of space to do al lot of activities. The garden with a lot of fruit trees is an oasis.

Der Aufenthalt im Bauernhaus war traumhaft schön. Um das Haus herum gibt es viele schöne Orte zum entspannen. Das Pool ist sehr groß und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Straße zum Haus hinauf ist zu Beginn eine kleine Herausforderung, aber mit ein bisschen Übung hat es gut geklappt.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen!:)

Nous avons passé une petite quinzaine de jours dans cette magnifique propriété, une ancienne bergerie rénovée. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. C’est un endroit isolé avec vue sur les monts sibyllins, et pourtant beaucoup de choses à faire village à visiter, randonnées… C’est un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer en famille.…

Heerlijk verblijf!

We hebben genoten van dit prachtig gelegen en goed geoutilleerde huis. De weg omhoog is echter nogal avontuurlijk. Jammer was ook dat de WiFi het niet deed toen wij er waren. Le Marche is een prachtige authentieke niet toeristische streek.

Ruhig und erholsam

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen dort. Die Aussicht und Lage ist fantastisch und das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Incredibly special unforgettable home

We can't say enough good things about this beautiful home. The situation is absolutely beautiful with huge mountains all around. The home is very stylishly put together with the old structure of the home plus all the modern fittings you could need. Our international group had everything they needed from coffee makers to kid toys. Wanne is very kind and helped with small things that came up. The one thing I would say is that it's very isolated. Sarnano (beautiful) is not that far away but the road doesn't have tarmac and is very hilly. So not for those who don't like a bit of a rural stay. Thanks for everything it was truly amazing.

Paradise in the Marche

This very big villa in the Marche is the pearl of Italy. With the city of Sarnano around the corner and the very idyllic surroundings, we had a superb holiday. A nice pool, stunning views and a big garden. Holiday at its best...

Very nice house, well kept and all necesarry facilities available. The view is stunning! We were with a company of 11 people and enjoyed our stay very much. Relaxed and were able to visit some nice towns and there are some good very affordable restaurants nearby. The road to the house is a bit of an adventure the first time 😄

Oasis

The Villa has exceeded our expectations. We are still impressed by the situation, the view, the warm welcome, the building witch we found in a well organized and very clean condition and the practical and tasteful facilities. The garden with pool, fruits and flowers is well-tended and inviting perfectly. Everything what could be complicates is perfectly described by the lessor. Help for problems or uncertainties is available. The Road to the house is admittedly a little special but the reward waits above on the mountain. Everything one needs to turn the back on the hectic rush for some time is there. Yes, we hope for further days of holiday in Cerrara.

Un sejour magnifique !

Tres belle Villa situee dans un endroit magnifique et tres calme ! La vue sur les montagnes est fantastique et tout est present pour passer un sejour inoubliable (terrasse, piscine, l'interieur, les equipements,...) Tres spacieuse, cette Villa est ideale pour les grandes familles ou les groupes. On peut y aller les yeux fermes et profiter pleinement de la douceur de vivre... Beaucoup de chose a faire et a voir dans cette region ! Je recommande cette adresse et espere y retourner un jour...

Beautiful!!!

We really enjoyed the stay. The view is amazing, the house is very comfortable and we daily enjoyed the beautiful swimmingpool. We visited to the beautiful and cozy place called Sarnano and Amandola, went out for a refreshing canooing trip at the lake nearby and went sightseeing and enjoyed the beautiful landscapes.
