“We had a great stay at the mansion! We loved all the amenities such as the fireplace in the backyard and the jacuzzi Play room and theater was amazing we loved the massaging chairs! Loved how they have a back up gas tank for the grill I remember when I went to another place we were going to grill but we couldn’t because they didn’t have a backup gas tank Found it very helpful! ”

“It was a little bit difficult to find at first but we're happy once we found it and got in. This is a fun little place to explore and a quick drive into Ruckersville and not a super long commute to Chatlottesville. This was a great little get away! ”

“Our stay at this location was very Comfortable studio and bed; nice decor. Communication with host was excellent. Convenient to Charlottesville and several vineyards.Would recommend and would stay again. ”

“First the renter should know that this is a very small place. It's clean and well done, but very small. The parking situation is tricky, as it's down an alley and requires some maneuvering if you have a larger car or SUV. With all that said, the location is HUGE! It's so close to the Charlottesville Market, many restaurants, and activities. All factors considered, I highly recommend the place, mainly for the location.”

“This unit was exactly as described in the pictures. Only 4 min to Monticello, and 15 min from UVA, this location was fantastic. But what was best was the management. There was a miscommunication on my part and they managed it professionally, courteously, and with grace. The true colors show not when everything goes smoothly, but when there are bumps in the road, and this management handled it very well. Would definitely stay here, and recommend to all my friends in the future.”

“Beautiful, big space surrounded by farm land at the end of a secluded but easily reached road, and only 25 minutes from UVa. I stayed there for a Virginia Cavaliers and got back from the stadium in less than 30 minutes. The bed is also very comfortable, and the bathroom and living room is big.”

“A quiet serene atmosphere tucked closely to the main amenities of the retreat but still surrounded by beautiful scenery! The grounds were sprawling perfection of relaxation and beauty. The treehouse exceeded any and all expectations from comfort, cleanliness and cozy vibes. Never heard another soul as neighbors kept to themselves, however we were often visited by the friendly cats of the community. Coffee in the early morning hours with a book all amongst the backdrop of gorgeous trees & hilly……

“The property was very scenic, and we really enjoyed taking our dogs for a walk in the woods. Home was beautifully furnished and cozy.Homeowner promptly responded to our message when the electricity went out in the area (obviously no fault of their own) and quickly let us know when it was restored.Would stay here again!”

“A great place to rest our heads after a long day of hiking! The Glad Cottage was the perfect size for the two of us and our dog, though keep in mind it is tiny! It was clean, the kitchen was modern, and the cabin itself was cozy and welcoming. We had our own fire pit and deck which was a great bonus, plus lots of space to walk our dog.”
