“Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception. The reception lady insisted me to dial the number again, which i did and it is the same. First, the lady told me she did not know the room service number -……

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the H10 Hotel in Sevilla. The junior room offered great space and was very comfortable. The location felt extremely safe and was within walking distance to many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring Sevilla very easy. The staff was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. We had made two separate reservations because we couldn’t add an extra night on Expedia, but the front desk noticed and made sure we stayed in the same room……

“Die Unterkunft war toll, bequemes Bett und auch sonst alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles war sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in wenigen Minuten bei den Attraktionen, auch fährt die Linie C5 fast vor der Haustüre ab. Es war kein Problem von hier mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof zu gelangen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Lokale und Möglichkeiten einzukaufen und trotzdem war es Nachts ruhig. Ich würde hier immer wieder Übernachten.”
