"Hotel was clean enough, rooms quite basic. No food available at all, not even bar snacks. No bottled water behind the bar. A basic hotel , reasonably priced, train ride from Cardiff which was useful"

"We didn’t like the fact that there was no one on site to talk to. We didn’t get fresh towels even though we stayed for 6 nights. The TV in the bedroom was broken and some of the cutlery was dirty.
