“The information to get to apartment was not clear at all, the work part was trying to get into the place. They warned about locks but was almost impossible to get entry for both outside and inside doors. Was so bad we didn’t leave for evening as we didn’t think we’d get back in. Next morning couldn’t lock it. So frustrating. Left message on board but no reply to this day. It was very clean tho”
