Self-catering cottage in the heart of town, all-inclusive (except tourist tax). Ground floor: Studio for 2 people with an extra bed (sofa bed for 1 person) at the foot of Amboise Castle, 1 double bed (140x190 cm), sofa, a TV that only allows access to YouTube (no TV channels), equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 2-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, Tassimo pod coffee machine), shower room with toilet (accessed via 2 small steps). Electric heating (included in the rates). Street parking (free between 6 pm and 9 am) and free parking approximately 150 m away. Loire à Vélo cycling route 150 m away. Non-smoking cottage. You will have the privilege of staying literally at the foot of one of the most iconic castles in the Loire Valley! Unpack your bags, leave your car, and explore this unique place in the heart of Touraine on foot. Your cottage is a spacious studio apartment, a perfect base for solo travelers or couples to enjoy memorable moments, following in the footsteps of Leonardo da Vinci. What an impressive view of the château awaits you as soon as you step inside! Just a short walk away, you'll find the lively town center, the banks of the Loire River, access to Clos Lucé, and a little further afield, Château-Gaillard: a wealth of history and attractions right at your fingertips. Enjoy canoeing and cycling along the Loire, a visit to the Pagoda of Chanteloup, and tours of local vineyards. Other wonders await you nearby: Chenonceau, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chambord, as well as Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, and the Amboise market – a must-see!
