This beautiful, modern home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, just minutes from beautiful Ada Hayden Park. It offers a peaceful stay, not too far away from the rest that Ames has to offer!

This house comfortably sleeps eight. With four bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms, it's the perfect set-up for multiple families, a group of friends, or simply extra space for your own family!

Whether you’re on a work trip, or a fun trip that must include a little work, we’ve got you covered! There is a dedicated office to which you can escape for peace and quiet to tackle the tasks at hand.

On warm nights, you will love enjoying meals on the patio, or basking in the soft glow of the fire roaring in the fire pit. On cool nights, you may opt to stay in and relax on the sofa sectional for movie night instead.

The house is fully furnished, including a full-sized washer and dryer for your traveling laundry needs.

From the house, it’s only minutes to walk the back path to Ada Hayden Park. Enjoy a walk around the lake, picnic in the shelter, or bring a rod and find a cool spot to fish the day away!

Guests are provided a code to use to access the house. No keys to locate or keep track of!

This house offers three garage stalls exclusively for your use! Should you need extra space, there is additional parking available in the driveway in front of the garage.
