Our room decor was very tired and tatty, the shower was no more than warm, the plug in the sink was broken and the shower had no hand held wand so you had to get wet all over. The bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok.

We stayed here the night before going to Thruxton race circuit. When we rang to say we needed both our rooms to be twins or have separate beds, not a problem. We were able to have supper outside with excellent food and fantastic service. Beds were comfy, fans in every room for the heat and by 10am I had an email offering to post the PJ’s I had left behind! We will definitely come back and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff in particular were great - thank you

Welcome on arrival and at the bar was very good. Nice country inn in a small picturesque village and lived the Breach Farm brewery just 1/2 hour country walk away. Nice room but it was far too hot which didn’t make for the best nights sleep unfortunately.
