The house is walking distance to a dozen restaurants and bars including a 30 second stroll to one of the best breakfast places and best shopping areas on the island, Pine Avenue. Spend your days lounging in the tropical backyard in the private heated pool and spa or grab a drink at the pool side bar under the covered lanai watching the large state of the art TV.
