It was quiet, elegant, and comfortable. Diane was right on site, and available for questions. Off street parking was available. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the private garden was wonderful! “We had a wonderful 30 day stay at The Sailors Rest. Well equipped home away from home. Paloma the dog loved the walk through the forest to the close by off leash park where she made lots of friends. The hot tub was well maintained and was a lovely end to the days after exploring Duncan and the Cowichan area.”

“What a beautiful place to stay! The entire place, inside and outside, was the best accommodation of this kind that any in our party have stayed in. Heated bathroom floors! Gorgeous view. Bunnies, baby deer, geese, birds galore just outside the windows. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.”
