The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1976, was renovated in 2013 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: terrace and garden furniture.

Balatonszemes. The holiday apartement is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
