“not the best shower, Staff are friendly”

“Very helpful staff”

“設施水很髒，房間有小强，飯店地點離市區騎車要30分鐘，不便利，整體的客戶體驗很糟！非常不推薦，而且服務人員也不是很反善，請考慮清楚再訂購”

“All the staff were very nice and helpful, all amenities were clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable. Super relaxing in the bar, restaurant and smoking area. Everything you need is on site and they have a good selection of both Western and Filipino cuisine.”

“房間設備不齊全，缺毯子吹風機，跟櫃台反應很久才拿到，效率可以再加強”

“I enjoyed my stay here greatly. I confidently say that there was nothing lacking with my time here, and it has one of the best views of Taal lake. The room, staff, food, and all amenities was exceptional. I’m so happy with choosing this location for my honeymoon.”

Staff were very helpful and friendly as you would expect, the food and spa facilities lived up to expectations also. Some great treatments available and I would definitely recommend the Hilot traditional massage.we had a few minor issues……

“The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. ”
