“Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber jedoch ein wenig old fashioned. Da gerade umfangreiche Sanierungen stattfinden, wird sich das wahrscheinlich in nächster Zukunft ändern. Das Fenster ging in das überdachte Foyer des angeschlossenen Casinos. Von den Bauarbeiten haben wir keinen Lärm gehört. ”

“Very friendly staff; very comfortable beds. I stayed in one of the cottages and felt very safe as a solo female. You park right infront of your door, but if you have a wider vehicle, there is parking by the office too. You can't see the water from the rooms, but it is right across the road at the park! So many historical attractions within walking distance! Re: the town - everything shuts down at 8pm. You'll have to go to Canada if you want food after that time. ”

“This was a girls weekend for my mom, her sister and my friend. The property is very nice and there is a nice place to sit where you can watch the boats pass by. The large picture window in the living room is also great for this. The seating in the living room is great for relaxing and visiting. Appreciated the timely and clear communication with the host.”

“We absolutely love Papa’s Place. So quite and somewhat remote. No television and poor internet was what we needed to disconnect. Ahhhh! We will be back!”
