“Everything was fine except I was mislead regarding the deposit. We left in the middle of the night and paid cash for the deposit, at check out I had to swipe my card and was not informed about the $4 fee for that. We were told our room would be inspected and the deposit given back. Just be transparent and tell people up front what to expect. ”

“The rooms and the hotel in general is brand new and it looks great. The personnel is courteous and very professional. The hotel elevators were broken for 2 days and being on the 5th floor was very inconvenient without an elevator available. Other than that, it was a good stay. ”

“The location was perfect for my needs (close to USF). The room and facilities were clean, the breakfast was fine, on par for what it is, and the staff was super nice and accommodating. My flight was delayed for 5 hours and I did not arrive until 230am. I called ahead and was assured it was not a problem. Once I finally got there, everything was smooth as promised. Great experience!”

“This seems to be more of an extended stay than a hotel. Limited lobby with basic front desk and most of the guests seemed to have a dog, which I enjoyed because I love dogs. But it’s not the lobby bar, bellman, nice music you might expect for the price point. You are on your own with your luggage. Pat said, I found the room very comfortable and loved having a washer and dryer because I’ve been on the road for a week. There is a very nice and expansive pool deck, but no bartender at the bar……

“The Hyatt House was just what I needed! It was like I had my own mini apartment. It was in a decent location meaning it looked safe, and wasn’t far from the places I wanted to go. I gave 4 stars because I noticed that the floor was dirty. I also could have used a comforter. For me the temperature in the room was hard to be comfortable at night (I’m temperature sensitive). Other than that, the staff was pleasant and professional. The breakfast was good, although I’m gluten free and vegan. I just……
